This policy covers information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, consultation requests, and related inquiries. Client tax and accounting records may be subject to separate privacy notices and engagement terms.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, services of interest, and business details you choose to share. Do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank details, tax returns, or other sensitive documents through advertising forms or social media messages.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss bookkeeping, accounting, tax filing or tax planning needs, schedule consultations, communicate appointment details, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a client relationship; services begin after an engagement is agreed.

Information sharing

We do not sell inquiry information or share it with other companies for their own marketing. We may use service providers for communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping as needed to handle your inquiry. We may disclose information when required by law or with your authorization. Facebook, Instagram, Google scheduling, and other platforms process information under their own privacy policies.

Communications and choices

We may respond using the contact information you provide. You may ask us to stop promotional follow-up by emailing us. Separate marketing consent will be requested where required.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries that do not become clients for one month, then delete them from our active inquiry records. Records that become part of a client engagement are handled separately. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask questions about its use. We will respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained.
